SHIPPING INFO

We ship via UPS ground to the address of your choice. Most items, depending upon their size, are shipped in a gift box. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been shipped. We will try to ship your order the next business day. Due to the unique nature of some of our handcrafted items they are not always in stock and we may be delayed in shipping some of these items. We will notify you by e-mail of any delay in shipping your order.

**We will give shipping charges to you by e-mail for shipments outside of the United States and request your approval prior to shipment.

We provide a wide assortment of gifts primarily with a coastal theme. Many of our products are hand made for us exclusively and therefore not always in stock. We also have available custom made items that you can choose from. These items represent a small portion of our large selection of merchandise. We will strive to ship each order on the next business day and e-mail you with tracking information for your order. If we are not able to immediately complete your order we will e-mail you with the status of your purchase.

We accept Visa, and MasterCard, through PayPal web payment system. Contact us for payments with American Express cards.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason your are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item, in original condition, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund excluding shipping charges. All returned items should be insured to cover their replacement cost. Purchases returned after 14 days and received in original condition will receive a store credit only. Custom orders are not refundable.

TAXES

Residents of Massachusetts are subject to a 5% sales tax on all items except clothing.
Out of state shipments are not taxable.
